ROCK HILL – All three Fort Mill based high schools finished in the top 10 in Trojan Invitational golf tournament at Rock Hill Country Club.  

Catawba Ridge led the way locally finishing tied for third place with Boiling Springs with a 348 as a team. The Copperheads are currently ranked fourth in the state in 4A girls’ golf. Blythewood won the tournament with a 308 followed by a 338 from Byrnes. There were 16 teams in the 18-hole tournament.

The Copperheads were led by an 82 from Katherine Mann. Her score was followed by an 88 from Alyia Santiago and a pair of 89s from Kate Gilmer and Eileen Zeoli.

Fort Mill came in ninth place with a team score of 392. The Jackets were led by a 91 from MacKenzie Finn and a 94 from Greycen Baker. Emily Broshious shot a 103 and Kinsley Delcourt finished with a 104 for the Jackets.

Nation Ford was right behind Fort Mill some 20 shots back with a 412. Vivian Harris led the Falcons with an 89 followed by a 97 from Sara McCaskill. Sarah Tran shot a 112 and Katie Griggs shot a 114 to finish the scoring for Nation Ford.
