Catawba Ridge’s Reagan Lynch tees off on the 14th hole at Waterford Golf Club during the Lady Trojans Invitational.

Golfers from all three local high schools performed well at the Lady Trojans Invitational at Waterford Golf Club Monday.

The Dorman Cavaliers won the 18-hole event shooting 325 as a team. Catawba Ridge shot 335 to finish fourth and Nation Ford was sixth with 351 and Fort Mill was seventh with 356.

The Copperheads were led by Reagan Lynch with a 79 (39-40) as she finished fifth overall. Brooke Mehlhouse shot an 82 (41-41) and Anjali Peddisetty finished with an 87 (40-47). Ella Rose Hill rounded out the scoring with a 92 (45-47) for Catawba Ridge.

Up next for Catawba Ridge is a dual match against Indian Land at Fort Mill Golf Club on Wednesday, Sept. 13.

Nation Ford was led by Vivian Harris with an 81 (41-41) and Sara McCaskill finished with an 83 (39-44). Piper Sabino had a 93 (46-47) and Katie Griggs shot a 94 (45-49) to finish the scoring for the Falcons.

The Falcons will stay on the road against York as they will play at Spring Lake Country Club Thursday, Sept. 14.

Fort Mill was led by Mackenzie Finn who shot an 80 (40-40) and Sam Benton who shot an 87 (40-47). Cayla Cappuzzo finished with a 91 (45-46) and Olivia Seifert shot a 98 (47-51) for the Jackets.

Fort Mill will stay in Rock Hill for their next match on Thursday, Sept. 14 at Rock Hill Country Club against the Rock Hill Bearcats.
