Olivia Corbi won twice at the Upstate Invite for Fort Mill in helping lead them to a sweep in the competition.

The Fort Mill swim team swept both the boys’ and girls’ competition at the Upstate Invite Saturday at the Fort Mill Aquatics Center.

Fort Mill won totaling 595 points with Nation Ford coming in second overall with 230.5 points. Dorman and Mauldin were third and fourth respectively. Catawba Ridge, who fielded just a boys’ team, was seventh overall with 78 points.

The event is one of the largest swim meets in the state that isn’t a state championship meet and had 18 teams from across the state participate.

The Fort Mill girls scored 326 points to win and the Nation Ford girls were second with 146 points. The Fort Mill boys had 269 points to win the boys meet with Greer Middle College coming in second with 132 points. Nation Ford was fifth in the boy’s meet with 84.5 points. Catawba Ridge boys were sixth overall with 78 points.

Fort Mill boys and girls won the 200-yard medley relay, girls 200-yard free relay and the boys and girls 400-yard free relay to take five of the six relay events.

Individual winners from Fort Mill were:

Anna Kate Halligan – girls’ 200-yard individual medley

Ava Corbi – girls’ 50-yard freestyle

Cadyn Henson – girls’ 100-breaststroke

Winners from Nation Ford were:

Mackenzie Riga – girls’ 100-yard butterfly

Sydney Fink – girls’ 100-yard freestyle

Sophia Bujoreanu – girls’ 100-yard backstroke

Winners from Catawba Ridge were:

Jake Root – boys’ 200-yard individual medley

Alex Ritz – boys’ 100-yard freestyle
