The Catawba Ridge girls’ golf team improved to 4-0 with another victory.
Catawba Ridge beat Clover 169-223 at Fort Mill Golf Club on Wednesday, Sept. 3. The Lady Copperheads were led by Brooke Mehlhouse with a 39.
Following Mehlhouse was a pair of 40s from EllaRose Hill and Anjali Peddisetty. Bella Troxler rounded out the scoring for Catawba Ridge with a 50. Charley Barron-Haggarty shot a 50 as well for the Lady Copperheads.
The match against Clover was coming off an 18-hole tournament at Mid-Carolina Club in the Palmetto Preview on Tuesday, Sept. 2. Catawba Ridge finished eighth out of 15 teams in the tournament and was led by Mehlhouse with an 80. Peddisetty shot an 84 and Hill finished with an 89 to lead the Lady Copperheads.
Up next on the schedule for Catawba Ridge will be a match against York at Spring Lake Country Club on Monday, Sept. 8.
